Learning Identity
VergEra allows users to create a Learning Identity containing information about teaching, learning, subjects, skills, interests, goals, availability, languages, experience, resources and related learning information.

Mentor and Scholar Learning Model
VergEra allows users to participate as Mentors, Scholars or both, depending on the learning activity.

Mentors are responsible for accurately representing their knowledge, skills, experience and capabilities.
Scholars are responsible for evaluating whether a Mentor, learning resource, community or session is appropriate for their individual needs.
Unless VergEra expressly states otherwise, VergEra does not employ, certify or formally endorse every Mentor, Scholar, community member, learning resource or user-generated recommendation.

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own.
By uploading, submitting or sharing content through VergEra, you grant VergEra a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and provide the service.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions and authority necessary to share content through VergEra.
You must not upload copyrighted, confidential, private, restricted or otherwise protected material unless you have permission or a lawful right to use it.

VergEra may provide Discover and related features that allow users to find Mentors, Scholars, subjects, interests and learning opportunities.
Profile visibility or ranking may be influenced by information such as profile details, selected subjects, availability, ratings, reputation and other relevant platform information.
Appearance in Discover does not constitute an endorsement, employment relationship, certification or guarantee by VergEra.
Tie-Up Relationships
Tie-Up and similar connection features allow users to establish learning relationships with other VergEra users.
Users should exercise reasonable judgement before connecting, communicating, sharing resources or participating in learning activities with another user.
A Tie-Up does not create an employment, partnership, agency or formal educational relationship between VergEra and the participating users.
Communities
VergEra may provide official VergEra Communities and user-created communities.
Official VergEra Communities
Official VergEra Communities are created, organised and managed by VergEra.
Users may not falsely represent themselves as the owner or official administrator of a VergEra Community or make unauthorised changes to protected official community information.
User-created communities
Where available, users may create communities subject to VergEra rules and technical limitations.
Community owners and authorised moderators are responsible for managing their communities appropriately and complying with VergEra policies.
VergEra may restrict, archive, suspend or remove a community where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance or protection of users and the platform.
Community membership does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety or suitability of every discussion, resource or participant.
Messages and Communications
VergEra may provide personal chats, group chats, community discussions and other communication features.
Users are responsible for their communications and must communicate respectfully and lawfully.
Messages should not be treated as a secure storage location for passwords, banking credentials, payment-card information, government identification numbers or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
Private messages are not intended to be publicly displayed. However, authorised review may occur where reasonably necessary to investigate reported misconduct, provide support, protect users, prevent fraud, secure the platform or comply with law.
Practice Board
The Practice Board is an educational workspace that may allow users to work with writing tools, documents, images, videos and other learning resources.
Users are responsible for ensuring that materials uploaded or displayed through the Practice Board are lawful and that they have permission to use them.
VergEra does not guarantee compatibility with every document, presentation, image, video, device or operating-system version.
Live Classrooms
VergEra may provide Live Classroom features using real-time communication and interactive board technology.
Mentors are responsible for managing sessions appropriately, controlling classroom permissions and using learning materials lawfully.
Scholars must follow reasonable classroom instructions and must not intentionally disrupt sessions.
Users must not use Live Classrooms to harass participants, invade privacy, share unlawful material or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Live Classroom availability and quality may depend on internet connectivity, device capability, Firebase, ZEGOCLOUD and other technical services.
VergEra does not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect audio, continuous connectivity, error-free synchronisation or compatibility with every device.
Ratings, Reviews and Reputation

Ratings and reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
Users must not manipulate reputation through:
- Fake accounts
- False reviews
- Coordinated rating manipulation
- Threats or retaliation
- Payment or improper incentives for ratings
- Misleading or fabricated information
VergEra may remove fraudulent or abusive feedback, correct technical errors or adjust reputation information where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain VergEra features may be offered through paid subscriptions, including access to eligible Practice Board or Live Classroom functionality.
Where digital subscriptions are offered through the Android application, purchases may be processed using Google Play Billing.
The price, subscription period, available offers, trial or free access periods, taxes and other purchase information will be displayed before a user completes a purchase.
Prices and promotional offers may change for future purchases or renewal periods, subject to applicable law and Google Play requirements.
Google Play processes eligible payment transactions. VergEra does not directly receive complete payment-card credentials for purchases processed by Google Play.
VergEra may receive purchase identifiers, product information, purchase status, order information or purchase tokens required to verify subscription access.
Users are responsible for maintaining a valid Google Play account and reviewing purchase information shown before completing a transaction.
Subscription Renewal and Access
Subscription renewal, expiration and billing behaviour will follow the information presented during purchase and applicable Google Play subscription rules.
Access to paid features may depend on successful verification of the user's current subscription entitlement.
VergEra may temporarily restrict paid functionality if a subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, revoked or cannot be verified.
Refunds and Cancellation
Subscription cancellations and refund eligibility are subject to applicable Google Play rules, applicable law and the VergEra Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewal but may not immediately end access that has already been paid for, depending on Google Play rules and the circumstances of the transaction.
Deleting your VergEra account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.
Users should separately manage or cancel their Google Play subscription through their Google Play account.
Review the dedicated policy at:
Third-Party Services

VergEra Intellectual Property
The VergEra name, branding, logo, interface, original designs, software, documentation and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of VergEra.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of VergEra intellectual property to users.

Reporting and Blocking
VergEra may provide tools that allow users to report users, content, messages, communities or other activity that may violate VergEra policies.
Where blocking functionality is available, users may use it to restrict certain interactions with another account.
Reports should be made in good faith. Deliberately submitting false, abusive or fraudulent reports may itself violate these Terms.

Account deletion may be requested through available in-app account controls or through:

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed through Google Play.
Certain limited records may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

VergEra may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or other protections that may apply to a user under applicable law.
Users should first contact VergEra Support and attempt to resolve concerns through good-faith communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by courts, tribunals or authorities having lawful jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
VergEra may update these Terms when its services, features, subscriptions, policies, safety requirements or legal obligations change.
